San Domenico Vini SRL, was founded by the family Lo Cricchio that since the 1970s, he devoted himself with passion and commiment to the transformation of the grapes for the production of bulk wines of quality and marketing of the same with partners of primary importance in the market in wine country.
The company has a capacity of about 70,000 hectoliters distributed in stainless steel containers of various sizes. The tanks are mostly insulated and temperature are monitored and maintained constants through a special thermo plant for production of quality wines and they keep the typical territorial useful for getting products unique and inimitable. The winery uses traditional winemaking and modern that united leading to obtaining quality wines in step with the needs of market.

The grapes are mainly grown in vineyards that are located in the hills of the provinces of Palermo and Trapani, thanks to favorable interactions between climate and soil, and the proximity of the sea this area are particularly suited to the production of quality wines giving them unique aromas and flavors that recall the territory in which the grapes were grown and allowing to obtain wines with a strong typicality and territorial characterization.

All of these factors make it suitable growing vines valuable both natives such as Nero d’Avola for red wine, Catarratto, Insolia, Grillo for the white wine, but also alien as Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet for red wine, and Chardonnay for white wine.
